My stay at Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen was wonderful overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I did have a minor issue with the view and noise from the connecting door. The dining experience, particularly breakfast and dinner, was really good, showcasing high-quality ingredients. However, the parking fee was a bit steep and I was slightly let down by some menu options at dinner. Still, the atmosphere and the service made my experience nice.
Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and calm, featuring a true king-sized bed that was very comfortable. However, the view was not great, looking out onto the roof of the conference rooms. A connecting door allowed for some noise from the adjacent room, but thankfully, it wasn't a significant issue.
Service
10.0
The staff were polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They provided attentive service in the restaurant and were responsive to my requests, enhancing my overall experience.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is advantageous, being just a 10-minute walk to the city center and Christmas Market. It was convenient to get around, though the parking fee of 16 euros per day was somewhat excessive, especially given that it wasn't guaranteed to find a spot.
Dining
9.0
Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items. Dinner was a good surprise with superbly cooked dishes and imaginative combinations. However, I did find the menu a bit static and would have loved to see more daily options.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel facilities were impressive, including a large spa and swimming pool. I appreciated the beautiful design and cleanliness throughout the hotel, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The assistance for parking was helpful, even though it involved a fee.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Parkhotel Quellenhof. my room was spacious with beautiful high ceilings and comfortable furniture. the staff was polite and attentive throughout my visit. however, the breakfast quality could use some refinement, as it felt more like a 3-star experience.
Rooms
8.0
The room was ample with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. it included all modern conveniences while also retaining an atmospheric charm. cleanliness was fine, although the bed lacked a mattress protector sheet.
Service
7.0
Overall, the service was friendly and professional. the concierge, Joachim, was outstandingly friendly and helped me with menu recommendations. however, I did feel some staff could improve their hospitality awareness.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is convenient if you're arriving by car. it’s just outside the city center, making it easy to access main attractions. although the parking does incur a small fee of 7.50 Euros.
Dining
6.0
Dining in the hotel was a mixed experience. the breakfast had a good variety but wasn’t very refined. I did enjoy my dinner in the restaurant, but service was slow due to larger parties dining at the same time.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel features a beautifully designed spa area with a large swimming pool. I appreciated the serene atmosphere. however, some areas could benefit from minor renovations to maintain that 5-star feel.

I had a really nice stay at Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen, but it wasn't without its little quirks. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the breakfast spread was excellent with tons of fresh options. However, I found the TV situation a bit inconvenient since it only offered German channels. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but a few things could be improved to elevate it further.
Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and cozy, looking out over beautiful gardens. It was really clean, and the bed was super comfortable, which made for a restful night. However, some appliances felt a bit outdated, like the old-fashioned bathroom and TV setup.
Service
9.0
The staff were, without a doubt, one of the highlights of my stay. They were attentive and genuinely cared about making my visit enjoyable. I particularly want to mention Sandra in reservations for her kindness and professionalism.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. It felt peaceful and a bit removed from the bustle, which I appreciated during my stay.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was just great, probably one of the best I've experienced in Europe. Plenty of variety with fresh items and even made-to-order dishes, which gave it a special touch. Just wish they had some delicious German slice cakes on the menu!
Facilities
8.0
The spa facilities were fantastic, with a nice swimming pool and relaxation areas that were very well maintained. It was a shame, though, that the gym felt a bit warm during my visit and the sauna was lacking some towels and amenities.

My stay at Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen had its ups and downs. While the architecture and spacious rooms gave a sense of historical charm, I found some aspects like the dining experience and amenities lacking. The spa facilities were commendable, yet I felt the service could be improved.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was large and comfortable with high ceilings, but it showed some signs of wear with stained tiles and worn bedding. Despite these imperfections, it did provide a quiet retreat.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, but the restaurant service was notably slow during my meals. I appreciated their willingness to cater to requests, especially during breakfast.
Location

The hotel’s location was convenient for exploring Aachen and close to local attractions, although I wished it were slightly nearer to the city center.
Dining

While the breakfast offered a good variety, the dinner menu felt somewhat static and lacked excitement. I found some dishes at the Bistro were not flavorful enough for my taste.
Facilities

The spa facilities were decent, featuring a pool and sauna, but I felt there could have been more services available. It was well-maintained but limited in variety.

My recent stay at the Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen had its highlights and drawbacks. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, making my experience more enjoyable. However, the room was quite outdated and lacked certain basic amenities like proper lighting. definitely not what I expected for the price paid.
Rooms
6.0
The Classic Double room was spacious and had a comfortable king-sized bed, but it really needed an update. The lighting was inadequate, making the space feel excessively dark, and the furnishings were mismatched and peeling in places.
Service
9.0
I can't say enough about the staff. They were incredibly polite and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, enhancing my stay overall.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore Aachen. This aspect really elevated my visit.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a true delight. fresh and varied options made it a highlight, despite the overall dining experience not living up to the rest of the hotel.
Facilities
5.0
While the spa facilities seemed promising, they were not well maintained, which was disappointing. It would have complemented the overall experience better if everything were in order.
