The staff i encountered were polite enough. It was acceptable.
The room i had was supposedly non-smoking, but it reeked of stale cigarettes. It was quite off-putting. I reported it, but nothing was done, so i was stuck with the smell for my entire stay, which wasn't pleasant.

The breakfast offered a very good selection. my room was very spacious and clean. It included a comfortable bed. the location was perfect and easily accessible.
The towels in the bathroom had some brown stains. This was off-putting. i hope this is resolved soon.

The building is magnificent. Rooms are big. The breakfast offered many choices. The pool was a MUST after a long day, I also enjoyed the finnish sauna. I found it relaxing after a long journey. There was sufficient space in the rooms.
I noted that the light bulb illuminating the wardrobe had failed and was not replaced , despite asking upon arrival. It's a small thing, but attention to detail MATTERS.

The breakfast service impressed me a LOT, staff showed really good attention. The team really surprised me with a special birthday gesture. The warm hospitality, very GRATEFUL. The room was spacious. It was also beautifully presented.
I noticed few sockets in the room. This was not enough for modern travelers' needs. The hotel did not provide any water in the room. It is quite unusual.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found many delicious choices available each morning. The hotel included a parking garage, and I could easily walk to the city center in about fifteen minutes. The wellness center was great after sightseeing all day. The staff are kind, and the building has classic chic decor.
I did notice the wardrobe light wasn't working when I arrived and it wasn't fixed .

the breakfast was fabulous with a varied selection i noticed really kind staff i needed assistance. the junior suite was spacious it had two bathrooms and a nice decoration. the hotel has great facilities on the edge of town i could easily walk to christmas markets.
the room temperature was cold and never got warmer.
